
An incredibly easy way to add flavor and zest to an Easter menu! Our Roasted Red Pepper Peach Jam creates a sweet and tangy glaze on whole roast ham that will surely impress.
- Whole Bone-In Spiral Cut Ham
- Roasted Red Pepper & Peach Jam
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
Place Ham in baking dish or skillet and cover snugly with foil.
Calculate baking time at 15 minutes/pound.
Remove ham from oven 30 minutes before final baking time is reached and glaze with Red Pepper Peach Jam. Thoroughly coat top and sides.
Return to oven and bake final 30 minutes uncovered.
Serve with additional Red Pepper & Peach Jam if desired.
