Our absolute favorite glaze for spiral sliced Ham for brunch or family holiday dinner. Roasted Red Pepper & Peach Jam adds a sweet and tangy flavor with a hint of roasted pepper and spice. We bake our ham covered with foil and baste it throughout cooking with the juices. Toward the end of baking we remove the foil and coat with Red Pepper and Peach Jam to add a glossy glaze that enlivens and compliments the flavor.
