Refund policy

Returns, Damages and Other Issues

We do not accept returns of food products, however if product arrives in damaged or defective condition we will refund or replace items with proof of purchase and picture of damage.

Please contact shop@copperpottraditions.com for all customer service inquiries.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Refunds
Depending on the nature of the claim we will notify you and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For packages returned to sender due to mis-direction and customer error we are willing to refund the amount paid - less the shipping amount and 10% handling fee. 

We are unable to apply or refund discounts after an order has been placed.
