Shipping policy
Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. We choose the best option available for shipment time based on carrier pickups for the day that the shipment is processed. If you have a preference please leave a note at checkout.
Shipping times displayed at checkout reflect carrier estimated transit times and are not a guarantee of delivery date. We base holiday order times and cutoff dates based upon recommendations from shipping carriers but cannot guarantee delivery date. Order processing may take 1-3 additional working days (Monday-Friday). If you have a shipping deadline and would like to confirm delivery dates please email shop@copperpottraditions.com
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, Copper Pot & Wooden Spoon cannot issue refunds for packages that are confirmed as delivered by shipping carriers but are missing or stolen after delivery. In the case of missing packages with confirmed shipment tracking, it is sometimes helpful to contact the local office of the shipping carrier for assistance. We will do our best to assist with any lost or missing-directed packages.
