Boozy Jam Cocktails & Drinks

Our “Boozy” jams are some of our favorite flavors to enhance drinks and cocktails.  A simple spoonful of jam adds a pop of flavor and elevates a simple cocktail to something incredible!  While you can “jam up” a drink with any of our flavors, our favorites are from our Boozy Jam Trio—Apple Pie Moonshine, Blueberry Bourbon, and Peach ‘Shine jams standout in these festive cocktail (or mocktail) recipes!

Apple Pie Dark & Stormy

A new take on the classic combo of dark rum and ginger—Apple Pie Jam replaces the lime, turning this into a wonderful fall and winter beverage with hints of cinnamon, vanilla and ginger.  For an added interest, garnish with a flame toasted cinnamon stick and star anise.

1 Tablespoon Apple Pie Moonshine Jam

1.5 oz Dark Rum (Zaya is our favorite)

3 oz Spicy Ginger Ale (FeverTree is tasty!)

Cinnamon Stick and Star Anise for garnish

Bourbon Blueberry Lemon Fizz

Fizzy and fruity, the lemon and blueberry make an incredible mocktail, or muddle blueberry jam with bourbon and top with lemon flavored club soda for a truly refreshing cocktail.  Lemon thyme makes a lovely garnish when dampened, lightly dried and tossed in fine granulated sugar.

1 Tbsp Bourbon Blueberry Jam

1.5 oz Bourbon

3 oz Lemon Club Soda (FeverTree or Pellegrino)

Garnish with sugar coated thyme

Peach ‘Shine Bellini

Perfect for brunch or a festive celebration, a spoonful of Peach Shine Jam with a touch of moonshine and vanilla bean adds subtle flavor to a sparkling wine cocktail.  Traditionally made with Prosecco, a sparkling Italian wine it can also be made with champagne or sweeter white wine depending on your taste!

2 Tbsp Peach Shine Jam

4 oz Prosecco or Sparkling Wine

Garnish with Rosemary Sprig
