Our Pickled Beets & Onions are a timeless pantry favorite. Rich red beets and sweet onions are preserved in a lightly sweetened, perfectly spiced brine that enhances the beets' natural earthy sweetness while delivering a crisp, satisfying bite.

Delicious straight from the jar, they're equally at home on charcuterie boards, alongside roasted meats, or tucked into grain bowls and sandwiches. Don't let the flavorful brine go to waste—whisk it into a vibrant homemade vinaigrette for salads, roasted vegetables, or fresh greens. Looking for more inspiration? Made by hand in Waynesville, North Carolina

Every jar is cooked in small batches by brother-and-sister team Jessica DeMarco and Dan Stubee. What started in 2011 as a few jams and pickles at the local farmers market grew, one warm reception at a time, into the kitchen we run today — still putting handcrafted love in every jar.
