No-Churn Jammy Ice Cream
Only four ingredients to make this delicious and easy no-churn jammy ice cream! Our favorite jam to use is Strawberry-Whole Berry, but other fruity flavors make a great accent for this rich and creamy dessert.
2 cups Heavy Cream
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Strawberry Whole Berry Jam (or any other fruit preserve)
Whip 2 cups heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Whisk sweetened condensed milk and half the jar of jam in large mixing bowl.
Fold whipped cream gently into milk and jam mixture until mostly combined. Pour in additional jam and swirl lightly to create streaks of jam.
Transfer ice cream to metal or glass loaf pan and smooth top. Add last of the jam on top and drag tip of knife back and forth through the jam to create a swirly pattern.
Freeze overnight until firm! Enjoy your creamy fruity ice cream with a bit of extra jam on top or see our extra tips below to serve up Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Sandwiches with our Old Fashioned Scone Mix!
