Strawberry first. Soft, sun-ripened, gently sweet — the kind of flavor that feels easy, familiar.

Then the rhubarb steps in, little bits of candied bright gems.

Sharp. Bright. Just enough tartness to pull everything into focus. Not overpowering — just there, cutting through, keeping things honest.

This is a classic combination, the old-fashioned kind that never needed improving.

Spread it on a warm bagel. Pair it with soft, creamy cheese. Spoon it over vanilla ice cream.

Or take a bite on its own and let it play out — sweet, then sharp, then gone.

Made with Quality All Natural Ingredients:

Strawberries, Rhubarb, Sugar, Lemon Juice

Net Weight 10.5 oz, 280 g

Made by hand in Waynesville, North Carolina

Every jar is cooked in small batches by brother-and-sister team Jessica DeMarco and Dan Stubee. What started in 2011 as a few jams and pickles at the local farmers market grew, one warm reception at a time, into the kitchen we run today — still putting handcrafted love in every jar.
