Custom Gifts

You may always select any assortment of products from our site and ship direct to your gift recipient at checkout.  Just don't forget to add your gift note on the cart page!

Have multiple recipients or want to order gifts for a large group?  Email shop@copperpottraditions.com and we'll be happy to assist!

 

Shipping Rates and Times

Shipping transit times are estimated by carriers at checkout and are not guaranteed arrival dates.  Handling time is usually 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) in addition to the calculated transit time.  Tracking information is emailed once the shipping label for your order is completed.  If you have a last minute shipping deadline please email us to confirm your order will arrive in time. 

 

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, as our products are consumable food items we are unable to accept returns.  If your order is damaged in shipment please contact us and be prepared to provide photos of the damaged package and contents.  We may replace or refund items in this instance. 

Copper Pot & Wooden Spoon is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected shipments.  Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and a secure location is available for shipping carriers to deliver your package.  We will do our best to assist in circumstances when a package goes missing, however customer is responsible for re-shipment costs if an order is returned to us for an incorrect address.
