They are made with freshly ground Organic NC grown wheat from the Carolina Ground Mill in Hendersonville, NC. This high quality pastry flour has excellent flavor and a perfect delicate texture for scones and baked goods!
Perfect for pairing with our berry jams, marmalade or use for shortcake with fresh fruit! Our baking mixes are made from high quality, all natural ingredients. Our "Almond & Nutmeg" flavor is warm and nutty!

Every jar is cooked in small batches by brother-and-sister team Jessica DeMarco and Dan Stubee. What started in 2011 as a few jams and pickles at the local farmers market grew, one warm reception at a time, into the kitchen we run today — still putting handcrafted love in every jar.
