A little sweet, a little spiced, and completely unexpected.
Tender slices of Asian pear are slowly candied and preserved with North Carolina honey and fragrant chai tea, creating a chunky Asian pear jam with layers of warm, comforting flavor. The ripe pear brings natural sweetness and texture, while NC honey adds a smooth richness and chai tea brings gentle notes of cinnamon and spice.
This unique fruit preserve is especially good with soft, creamy cheeses like Brie or goat cheese, spread on toast or warm biscuits, spooned over pancakes or waffles, or served alongside dark chocolate. It also makes an easy and delicious breakfast or dessert topping.
Made in small batches with real Asian pears, North Carolina honey, and chai tea, this Asian pear jam is a flavorful twist on traditional fruit preserves — sweet, warming, and full of texture.
