Crafted in small batches, this artisan jam features plump, sun-ripened blackberries and blueberries sourced from local North Carolina farms, slowly simmered to preserve their natural sweetness and deep, complex flavor.
To elevate this jam to something truly special, we’ve added a splash of Chambord, a luxurious French raspberry liqueur. The result is a saucy jam with bits of preserved berries, layered with lush berry notes and a warm, fragrant hint of raspberry cordial that lingers on the palate.

Every jar is cooked in small batches by brother-and-sister team Jessica DeMarco and Dan Stubee. What started in 2011 as a few jams and pickles at the local farmers market grew, one warm reception at a time, into the kitchen we run today — still putting handcrafted love in every jar.
