Big Spoon Roasters crafts the highest quality, flavorful nut butters. This is a vegan caramel nut butter — perfect for vegan and lactose-intolerant folks, this one is uniquely delicious, sweet creaminess of caramel.A combination of coconut nectar, maple and vanilla converge to create a rich, toasty caramel flavor that is 100% vegan and free of refined sugars.

Handcrafted from heirloom Mission almonds, Organic cashews, Organic maple syrup, Organic coconut nectar, vanilla, and a touch of Jacobsen sea salt, Vanilla Caramel Almond & Cashew Butter is the sweet-leaning nut butter you’ve been looking for, but only 2 g of added low-glycemic sugar per serving.

We love this nut butter paired with our Peach ‘Shine Jam or Pear Preserves spread thickly on warm toast.

Made by hand in Waynesville, North Carolina

Every jar is cooked in small batches by brother-and-sister team Jessica DeMarco and Dan Stubee. What started in 2011 as a few jams and pickles at the local farmers market grew, one warm reception at a time, into the kitchen we run today — still putting handcrafted love in every jar.
