OUR STORY
At Copper Pot & Wooden Spoon we care about quality, sustainability and preserving the food and agricultural traditions that have been passed down from previous generations. We source produce from family farms in the western Carolina region and use small-batch, all-natural culinary methods.
All our fine preserves, pickles and tasty artisan wares are produced with care by brother and sister team, Jessica DeMarco and Dan Stubee in Waynesville, NC.
