Bright juicy berries picked at perfect ripeness can't be beat, and we refuse to put anything less into our strawberry jams.
Handcrafted Culinary Methods
Hand washed and hand cut means we have eyes on every piece of fruit that goes into each jar. We use only the best and leave berries whole for a delicious preserve with large pieces of fruit still recognizable.
Small batch cooking ensures each round of jam has the best flavor and consistency.
Pure Natural Ingredients
No added water or preservatives means each jar is packed with almost half a pound of berries and fresh fruit flavor preserved with the simple addition of pure cane sugar and lemon juice.
